On The Snow
Our history:
On The Snow is founded by our general manager, Jenny Linn, who has great passion for recreational activities for years. She and her partner started their business in Alberta in 2017. In 2020, She came to BC for a vacation and found the potential market for a new recreational operation. After negotiation, her partner agreed to take over the operation in Alberta, and Jenny moved to Vancouver to open a new business.
Our Mission:
Aiming at customer experience & satisfaction brings rapid expansion to our business. Nowadays, we have three business operations in British Columbia: Black Tusk in Whistler, Big Sun in Kelowna, and White Peaks in Kamloops.
Focusing on winter sports, offering superior services, and executing the mission “Snow Much Fun,” On The Snow gains great reputation among customers.

Our Training:
In order to offer the best support to customers, we are strict on employee selection. For full-time employees, they are encouraged to attend all company workshops to have a better understanding of each role. Cross-training is also provided to fill in when someone is absent. We also have adequate part-time employees support for peak seasons. They are energetic university students, who will complete our company’s instructor training before executing their tasks.
